The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on December 11, 2023, issued amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 6148 (E), dated December 30, 2022.
In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters “31st of December, 2023”, the words, figures and letters “31st of December, 2028” shall be substituted.
