The University Grants Commission (UGC) on December 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding an appeal to Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) that have not constituted an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC).
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that all stakeholders are hereby informed that in case an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) has not been constituted in their Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), a complaint may be lodged with the Gender Sensitization cell of the UGC through the UGC SAKSHAM Portal at the following URL: saksham.ugc.ac.in.
