Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Coal on December 13, 2023, issued a corrigendum to the notification related to the SOP for processing and disposal of the application

The following has been rectified namely: -

• It states that Line 1 which states "Application for Prospecting License received from the State Government to be" may be read as "Application for previous approval for Prospecting License/ Mining Lease received from the State Government to be".

• It further states that the other content of the SOP shall remain the same.
