The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, (HPERC) on December 12, 2023, notified Draft Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-Term Intra-State Open Access and Related Matters) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term and Medium-term- Intra State Open Access and related Matters) Regulations, 2010.
The following has been amended-
•In the Regulation for the existing table the table attached to the document shall be substituted
•In Regulation 7 for the existing table, the table attached to the document shall be substituted.
The objections or suggestions on this behalf should be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification.
