Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) on December 13, 2023, issued a notification regarding the appointment of date of certain act of Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023.

The Central Government hereby appoints December 12, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023, in so far as they relate to serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto in the Schedule to the said Act, relating to the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 shall come into force.
