The Government of Haryana on December 13, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No S.O. 85/H.A.16/1994/S. 87/2013, dated October 11, 2013, regarding the imposition of Property taxes.
The following has been amended namely: -
• In para 3 which states the property taxes on residential propoerties for sub-para (viii), the following sub-para shall be substituted, namely:-
“(viii) A rebate of 100% on Property Tax with effect from the 1st April 2020 shall be allowed to the residential properties situated within Lal Dora of Villages for five years from the date of their inclusion in the limits of Municipal Corporations.”.
