Industry Specific ComplianceThe India International Bullion Exchange (IIBX) on December 14, 2023, revised the Know Your Bullion Depositor (KYBD) forms as per the latest AML-CFT and KYC guidelines.

The following Forms have been revised:

• Form A for LBMA Good Delivery Depositors (Annexure I)

• Form B for UAE Good Delivery Depositors (Annexure II) and 

• Form C for Both LBMA & UAE Good Delivery Depositors (Annexure III)

All the revised forms have been attached to the document below.
