Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on December 15, 2023, amended an older notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the Tariff value of certain goods.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 shall be substituted. The amended tables are given in the document attached below.

This notification shall come into force with effect from December 16, 2023.

The detailed notification is given in the document attached below.
