The Government of Haryana on December 14, 2023, notified the Haryana Settlement of Outstanding Dues (Amendment) Act, 2023 further to amend the Haryana Settlement of Outstanding Dues Act, 2017.
The following has been stated: -
•In clause (ii) of section 2 which talks about outstanding dues for the words, figures and sign “up to March 31, 2017”, the words, figures and sign “up to June 30, 2017” shall be substituted.
•In section 3 which talks about the framing of the scheme for the words, figures and sign “up to March 31, 2017”, the words, figures, and sign “up to June 30, 2017” shall be substituted.
It shall come into force on December 14, 2023.
