Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Nagaland on November 30, 2023, issued a notification no.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-I) Vol.II) regarding amending the notification related to amnesty for GSTR-9 non-filers

This notification shall come into force on June 30, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

It states that for the words, letter, and figure “June 30, 2023” the words ‘August 31, 2023” have been substituted.
