Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Nagaland on September 15, 2023, issued the Nagaland Passengers and Goods Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2023 to further amend the Nagaland Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1967.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In Section 2, clause (v) of sub-section (4) has been omitted.

• In the Principal Act, the existing Schedule has been amended.
