Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Law and Justice, on December 19, 2023, notified the Repealing and Amending Act, 2023.

The following has been stated-

The enactments specified in the First and Second Schedule are hereby repealed and attached to the document. 

The enactment specified in the Third Schedule attached to the document is hereby amended to the extent and manner specified in the fourth column.

The repeal by this Act of any enactment shall not affect any other enactment in which the repealed enactment has been applied, incorporated or referred to.
