Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 18, 2023, issued an amendment to notification no. 04/2022-Central Excise dated June 30, 2022, which states “rates of Special Additional Excise Duty for exports of petrol and diesel”

The following has been amended namely: -

• Against S. No. 2 which states “High Speed diesel oil” for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 0.50 per litre” shall be substituted.
