Labour Compliance The Labour and Skill Department, Kerala on December 13, 2023, issued the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishment Rules, 1961.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Rules, 1961, for the words “Labour Commissionerate Automated System”, wherever they occur, the words “Labour Commissionerate Automation System” shall be substituted.

This shall come into force on December 13, 2023.
