The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 19, 2023, issued a circular regarding the Reminder for Submission of the VAPT report and/or Action Taken Report (ATR)/Compliance Report for the year 2023-24 with reference to circular no. NSE/INSP/58471 dated September 20, 2023.
As per the said circular, trading members are required to conduct and complete the VAPT during the period September to November for FY 2023-24 and the final report shall be submitted through the member portal to the Exchange within one month from the date of completion of VAPT after approval from Technology Committee of respective trading members.
The detailed VAPT report along with the summary report as a single document shall be digitally signed by CERT-In empanelled entity to be submitted to Exchange by December 31, 2023.
