Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on December 19, 2023, issued the Toluene (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In paragraph 1, which states “Short title, commencement and application”, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:

"(2) It shall come into force on December 22, 2024".

This notification will come into force from December 19, 2023.
