The Tea Board on December 05, 2023, issued the notification regarding the Validity of NOC for setting up new manufacturing units/capacity enhancement of existing manufacturing units.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The tenure of the NOCs for setting up new manufacturing the units/capacity enhancement of existing manufacturing units issued from the online portal shall henceforth be issued with the validity of 2 Years from the date of issuance of such NOCs for all regions.
• The circular regarding the extension of validity of issued NOCs and subsequent extensions of the same has been attached to the notification.
