Industry Specific Compliance The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on December 21, 2023, issued a notification regarding extending the framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons (“DPs”) by freezing PAN at security level to all listed companies.

For trading window closure shall apply to a declaration of quarterly financial results for all listed companies. Timelines for phase-wise implementation of the framework and the operational guidelines are mentioned in the document attached.
