Industry Specific Compliance The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on December 21, 2023, issued a notification regarding Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on IFSC Insurance Office.

These FAQs are not the interpretation of law but intend to provide clarity on the concepts related to the said ‘Regulatory Framework’. Any queries about the ‘Regulatory Framework’ may be addressed to IFSCA. In case of any disparity between these FAQs and the provisions of relevant Acts/regulations/rules, the latter shall prevail.
