The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 21, 2023, amended an older notification No. 49/2021-Customs, dated October 13, 2021, related to Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess on crude soya, sunflower, and palm oils.
The following has been stated: -
•In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters, and word “March 31, 2024”, the figures, letters, and words “March 31, 2025. Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to the goods specified against serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 of the Table above on or after the 1st day of April 2024” shall be substituted
