The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 21, 2023, issued a notification regarding a reminder for the Submission of the VAPT report and Action Taken Report (ATR)/Compliance Report for the year 2023-24.
In line with Exchange notice no. 20230922-36 dated September 22, 2023, and Exchange Notice no. 20231023-29 dated October 23, 2023, on 'Submission of VAPT report and/or Action taken report (ATR)/Compliance Report' trading members are required to.
· Conduct and complete VAPT during the period September to November for FY 2023-24.
· Submit the final VAPT report, approved by the Technology Committee, through the member portal to the Exchange by December 31, 2023. A CERT-In empanelled entity should digitally sign the report.
· Submit the Action Taken Report by March 31, 2024.
Submission is to be made on or before the due date to avoid any penal/disciplinary action, as prescribed in Annexure C of notice as mentioned above which shall be applicable for submissions of FY 2023-24 (Including Half yearly for QSB) and onwards.
