Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on December 22, 2023, issued a notification regarding declaring the Services engaged in the Bhartiya Reserve Bank Note to be public utility services

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has declared the services engaged in Bhartiya Reserve Bank Note to be a public utility service under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for 6 months with effect from December 29, 2023.
