Finance & Taxation Compliance The Commercial Taxes Department, Jharkhand on December 12, 2023, issued the notification regarding the Account Aggregator.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Account aggregator is notified as the systems with which information may be shared by the common portal based on consent under Section 158A of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

This shall come into force on October 01, 2023
