The Government of Rajasthan on December 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding a holiday on the voting date of Panchayati Raj Institutions.
The following has been stated: -
•The Governor of Rajasthan declared that the date of voting of Panchayati Raj Institutions of Rajasthan voting is to be held on January 10, 2024 (Wednesday) (as per the attached list) in the respective constituencies under the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act) 1881.
•There will be a holiday so that voters in those areas can vote.
