The India International Bullion Exchange (IIBX) on December 28, 2023, issued the notification regarding the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) notification regarding ‘Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty or for Specified End Use Rules, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) issued notification number 66/2023 dated December 22nd, 2023, regarding “Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty or for Specified End Use Rules, 2022’
• The notification shall not be applicable if the importer and the TRQ Holder are the same entity”.
