The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on December 28, 2023, issued a notification regarding the enforcement of the provisions related to Medical Benefits under the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948 in the Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has appointed December 01, 2023, as the date on which provision 95-A that deals with medical benefits under the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948 shall be extended to all the families of the insured in the Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh shall come into force.
