The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on December 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the reminder for offering suggestions to simplify, ease, and reduce the cost of compliance of Regulations notified under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The following has been stated: -
• The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), vide Press Releases dated May 04, 2023, and October 12, 2023, had invited suggestions from the public to simplify, ease, and reduce the cost of compliance with Regulations notified under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 till date. The last date to submit comments on regulations issued by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is December 31, 2023.
