Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 29, 2023, notified regarding the Upstreaming of clients’ funds by Stock Brokers (SBs) / Clearing Members (CMs) to Clearing Corporations (CCs) with reference to ICCL Circular No-20231228-53 dated December 28, 2023.

The members are hereby requested to note that the said mechanism shall be made available from January 01, 2024.

To avail of the facility, and for system readiness, Members are requested to refer to the updated User guide version attached as Annexure.
