Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on December 29, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to the tariff rate of crude palm oil, gold, and silver.

The following has been amended namely: -

In the said notification, TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 has been substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2023.
