The University Grants Commission (UGC), on December 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding SOPS for the operationalization of the National Credit Framework (NCrF) in Higher Education and Vocational Education, Training & Skilling.
As you are aware UGC notified the National Credit Framework (NCrF) on April 10, 2023, to enable seamless integration of learning from academic, vocational, and experiential learning. To operationalize the NCrF, the Ministry of Education constituted a High-Level Committee (HLC). The HLC, with the help of experts from School Education, Vocational Education, Training and skilling and Higher Education, has developed draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to implement NCF
Accordingly, suggestions and feedback from the stakeholders are invited on the draft SOPS for operationalization of the National Credit Framework (NCrF) in Vocational Education, Training and Skilling and Higher Education. The suggestions/comments/feedback may be sent latest by January 25, 2024.
