Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance, (MoF) on December 28, 2023, notified the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend the e Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018.

The following has been stated-

In the said regulations, in regulation 15,- a. in sub-regulation (2), for the words, figures and letters, “till 31st December 2023”, the words, figures and letters, “till 31st March 2024” shall be substituted.
