The Ministry of Mines (MoM) on December 26, 2023, issued the Draft Offshore Areas Mineral (Auction) Rules and Draft Offshore Areas Minerals (Existence of Mineral Resources) Rules.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The last date for receipt of suggestions/comments is January 25, 2024.
• The comments/suggestions may be sent via e-mail in MS-Office Word file to [email protected]. The subject should read “Comments/Suggestions on the draft
• The Suggestions/Comments can be sent via post to Shri Mustaq Ahmad, Director, Ministry of Mines. The envelope should be super-scribed with the prescribed details.
• The drafts of both the rules have been attached to the notification
