Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 29, 2023, issued the Implementation of the UPI Mechanism on Trading supported by Blocked Amounts in the Secondary Market.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Reference is drawn to the SEBI circular on “Trading Supported By Blocked Amount In Secondary Market

• As part of the implementation of the said circular, certain circulars have been issued Post deliberation among all MIIs, standard operating procedures.

• The list of circulars has been stated in the notification.

• Members are requested to take note of the contents of this Circular & all related circulars issued previously in order to comply with the same.

• ‘UPI Block Mechanism’ functionality for secondary market trading ‘Go-Live’ date is January 01, 2024, and ICCL is ready with all the infrastructure and operational setup.
