Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 29, 2023, issued the amendment to Notification No. 96/2008-Customs which states “Regarding Duty-free tariff preference for Least Developed Countries”

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the said notification, in the Schedule, after serial number 37 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely: -

38 – Democratic Republic of Congo
