Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 29, 2023, notified regarding the trading supported by Blocked Amount in Secondary Market – UPI Mechanism.

The SEBI issued a circular on “Trading Supported by Blocked Amount In Secondary Market” (Circular reference no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/99) on June 23, 2023.

To implement UPI Block Mechanism, ICCL has appointed following banks as ‘Sponsor Banks’:

• HDFC Bank

• ICICI Bank

• YES BANK

• HSBC BANK

• AXIS BANK

Following Virtual Payment Addresses (VPA) are active in the PROD environment of respective banks can be used to create UPI Block:

• HDFC Bank - iccl@hdfcbanksm

• YES Bank - iccl@yespay
