Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on January 01, 2024, amended an older notification No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, related to special additional excise duty for exports of petrol and diesel.

The following has been stated: -

•In the said notification, in the Table, Against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. Nil per litre” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force on January 02, 2024.
