The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoA&FW) on December 28, 2023, notified Insecticides (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2023, further to amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971.
The following has been stated: -
•In the Insecticides Rules, 1971, in rule 10, in sub-rule (3A), in clause (iii), after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: —
“Provided further that he must have passed Class 12th or Higher Secondary Certificate Examination from a recognized Board or University.”
They shall come into force on December 30, 2023.
