The Government of Punjab on December 29, 2023, published the Draft Punjab Motor Vehicle Aggregator Rules, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
It states that these rules shall apply to all Aggregators operating in the state of Punjab and shall apply to all motor vehicles and e-rickshaws
• It has incorporated provisions relating to the grant or renewal or duplicate of the license
• It states that any person may make an application for a grant of license in Form- I
• It has laid down various provisions dealing with the eligibility conditions of the aggregator
Objections or suggestions if any with respect to this draft shall be considered within 30 days of publication of this notification in the gazette
Objections or suggestions if any shall be addressed at the following address Civil Secretariat-2 Sector 9 Chandigarh.
