The Government of Haryana on December 28, 2023, issued the Haryana Settlement of Outstanding Dues (Amendment) Act, 2023, to further amend the Haryana Settlement of Outstanding Dues Act, 2017.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In section 2, which states “Definitions”, in clause (ii), for the words, figures and sign “up to March 31, 2017”, the words, figures and sign “up to June 30, 2017” shall be substituted.
• In section 3, which states “Framing of the scheme”, for the words, figures, and sign “up to March 31, 2017”, the words, figures, and sign “up to June 30, 2017” shall be substituted.
This notification will come into force from December 28, 2023.
