Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on January 01, 2024, issued the amendment to Para 2.31 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The import policy of Used IT Assets (Laptops, desktops, monitors, printers) – Import from Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) has been amended.

• The Import policy is restricted unless prescribed conditions are met.
