The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine on December 29, 2023, notified National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (Ethics and Registration) Regulations, 2023 in supersession of the Practitioners of Indian Medicine (Standards of Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Code of Ethics) Regulations, 1982.

•Guidelines for Registration to State Register and National Register
•Rights and Privileges of Practitioners
•Standards of Professional Conduct, Etiquettes, and Code of Ethics
•Acts of professional misconduct
•Enquiry by the State Medical Council into acts of professional Misconduct
