The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on January 01, 2024, issued the directions with regard to uploading photographs & mentioning proper dates of completion by promoters against each stage of construction during the submission of QPR.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is directed that every promoter after registration of his project should mention on his webpage the accurate dates of completion of each item of construction to which he shall adhere under all circumstances.
• The possible dates of completion shall be decided and mentioned only after due consultation with the architect/construction engineer/contractor.
• It is further directed that the promoter of all ongoing projects should mandatorily upload photographs against each item of description in folder no. 3 during submission of Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) as a regular practice.
