The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on December 19, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Submission of proforma of the allotment letter, Agreement for sale and conveyance deed proposed to be signed with the allottees as per section 4(2)(g) of the Act.
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that most of the promoters who have their projects registered under ORERA under the Real Estate Sector have not furnished the basic documents like proforma of the allotment letter, Agreement for sale and conveyance deed proposed to be signed with the allottees while submitting the application for registration u/s 4 of the Act.
• It has been directed to upload/submit the same on the project web page in the website under section 4(2) (g) of the Act in the QPR to be submitted by January 01 to January 15, 2024, positively.
• It has stated that an affidavit to adopt the Agreement for Sale should not be accepted as a substitute henceforth.
