The Puducherry Planning Authority, Puducherry on December 21, 2023, issued a notification regarding the requests for change of land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP).
The following has been stated: -
•As per the provisions contained in the G.O. Ms. No. 11/2022-Hg., Puducherry, for change of land use, the Puducherry Planning Authority has received requests for change of land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Puducherry Planning Area - 2036 in respect of certain lands. The requests have been recommended by the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Board and concurred to call for objections/suggestions from the public regarding the proposed land use changes given in the document attached below.
•If, any person intends to make any objection/suggestion with regard to the changes proposed may do so in writing to the Chief Town Planner, Town and Country Planning Department, Puducherry, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette of Puducherry.
