The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on January 01, 2024, issued a Corrigendum to the notification No. S.O. 5937(E), dated December 19, 2022, relating to the fixation of retail price for drugs.
The following has been stated: -
•In the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority's notification S.O. 5937(E), relating to fixation of the retail price, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, the Entry at Sl. No. 4 of the Table which is related to Ceftazidime and Avibactam powder for concentrate for solution for infusion the Retail Price (Rs.) has been updated to 1886.66.
•All the notes and other contents mentioned in the original order S.O. 5937(E), dated December 19, 2022, shall remain the same.
