The Government of Himachal Pradesh on December 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding the enforcement date of the Himachal Pradesh Town & Country Planning Act, 1977.
The following has been stated: -
•In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Town & Country Planning Act, 1977, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint December 26, 2023, as the day on which the provisions of the aforesaid Act shall come into the force in the following Revenue Mohals of Sub-Tehsil Tikken, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh as per specifications given in the table below.
