The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on January 05, 2024, issued a circular regarding the extension in the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of November 2023 for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in the districts of Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi and Virudhunagar in the state of Tamil Nadu
This shall come into effect on December 20, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has extended the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of November 2023 till January 10, 2024, for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in the districts of Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi and Virudhunagar in the state of Tamil Nadu.
