The Government of Gujarat on January 06, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Preliminary Plan - Gujarat town planning.
The following has been stated: -
•Nagar Rachna Yojana or the preliminary plan has been approved by the government of Gujarat according to the provisions of Section-52(2) and Section-64 of the Town Planning and Urban Development Act-1976.
•Efforts are being made to circulate the copy of the plan to the respective land owners and interested persons included in the plan area.
