class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on January 03, 2024, issued the Directions regarding the rectification of QPR formats of Agents and Promoters.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Certain information to be provided by real estate agents have been changed to ‘optional’ from ‘mandatory’ namely: -
1. The 3 columns of Agent QPR 3,9, and 12
2. ‘Commission paid’ against Sl no.8(A) of Promoter QPR in Proforma I.
• The discretion shall lie with the promoters or agents whether or not to fill up the said Columns in both formats.
• The revised QPR is attached to the notification
• This shall come into force from January 03, 2024.
