The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) on January 08, 2024, issued a Corrigendum to the Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Industrial Laser Machines, used for cutting, marking, or welding from China PR
The following has been rectified namely: -
• It states that in paragraph 147 of the final findings, the duty table SN-1 column number-2 HS code 84798199 stands deleted.
• In paragraph 147 of the final findings, the duty table SN-7 column number-6 mentioned as “Jinan Oree Laser Technology Co. Ltd.” instead of the correct name of the exporter as “Jinan Oree Laser Equipment Co. Ltd.” stands substituted as the Table attached.
